All of the listing search functionalities of the IDX website and the CRM were inaccessible as a result of the ES cluster's traffic exceeding its capacity and the cluster pressure being too high starting from 6:30 AM (GMT+8). After upgrading all ES clusters had their machine configurations and replacing the cluster master nodes, the property search function was restored.
