The issue of Payment Failure notices that many of our clients were seeing has been resolved after working with our payment vendor for a resolution. Some clients are experiencing a payment failure notice in their CRM that says, "It looks like your last payment for add-on services failed. Please pay the outstanding amount or the add-ons will be cancelled automatically on 02/28/2025."
Please be advised that we are aware of this issue and working with our payment vendor to fix this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, your account, any lead generation campaigns, or add-ons will remain active until the matter is fully resolved.
